Water cooling drawing machine with the full specification and high precision
We have the most advanced water cooling drawbench in which the web diameter could be 1100mm, the intake wire with diameter between 3mm and 16 mm could be processed, the finished wire has round and smooth surface with the good water cooling and lubricate performance of the euipment , whose technique is the top at world. Furthermore, the computer program inside the drawing machine could be controlled automatically design to optimize the parameter, the quality, strength, tenacity of the product, also the lazar machine for testing the diameter, controller of the water temperature complete the machine to guarantee the best quality of the low relaxation high strength concrete strand.

(1)Big capacity of the wire wheel reduce the time of changes and the connecting points in order to enhance work efficiency
(2)The medium frequency stove machine with high power which is 1.4—1.9 times than the common ones , it improve the speed and the output;
(3)the diameter of tension pulley (2575mm) is very big thus keep the stability when in the high speed. Both of these components make the strand keep good low relaxation and straight, after that, the SIEMENS control system test the finished product to insure the excellence quality and high yield
Characters of the examination equipment
We have complete testing sets, including five elements analysis, curve test, 4 set s of 500KN/600KN tensile test machine with the computer control system and data dealing system which is most advanced in China , could print, test the breaking strength, bend load, elongation load at one time and the result is accurate.
Low Relaxation test is the critical for the PC strand, our DSM6102 relaxation test brought in from Germany conforms to the international standard, which is controlled by computer and automatically calculate, record and draw the curves.
Production procedure and quality control
(1)We purchase good quality 82B wire rod as raw material which will be used after confirming the quality.
(2)During the production, we do strictly step by step or each part, get rid off all the factors would affect the quality.
(3)The products are seriously tested either semi-manufactured or finished through professional inspection and spot-check to be stable quality result.
(4)We carry on the inspection follow the national and international standard to be sure that each coil of PC strand would be 100% passed and used safely in the projects.
(5)Conform to ISO9001:2000 quality control system and standardize the management to be the processing quality-control and guarantee system
