With an annual production capacity of over 500,000 metric tons of PC strand and 90,000 metric tons of PC wire, we serve construction and infrastructure projects in more than 83 countries and regions worldwide.
Our production lines utilize German Mannesmann technology, a quality benchmark in the wire manufacturing industry. Every product is tested prior to shipment to comply with ASTM A416, BS 5896, and EN 10138 standards.

Who is Global Overseas?
Global Overseas Group Corp., Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of prestressed concrete (PC) strand, PC wire, unbonded strand, anchorage systems and post-tensioning accessories. Established in 1995 and headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong, China, the company operates integrated production lines with German Mannesmann technology and an annual capacity exceeding 500,000 tons of PC strand and 90,000 tons of PC wire.
Our PC strand is manufactured in a full range of specifications from 9.30 mm to 15.70 mm, including bonded, unbonded and PE-coated strand. Products are supplied to bridge, building, precast, segmental and ground-anchor projects in more than 83 countries across five continents, with third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek available on request. Global Overseas is a direct manufacturer, not a trading intermediary, and welcomes factory audits at any time.

All products are strictly manufactured in accordance with international standards including ASTM A416, BS 5896, AS/NZS 4672, GB/T 5223, JIS G 3536, EN 10138, IS 14268 and NBR 7483:2008, among others.
Supported by relevant international quality certifications, our products sell well at home and are exported to more than 83 countries across five continents. The United States and the Middle East are our core markets. We are a member of the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) in the United States and hold factory certification from the Dubai Municipality.
